It was called to my attention that I had not shared the efforts of the redecorating of my studio. Here are some pictures of the before. The wall color was actually darker than in these pictures. Truly a dreary place.
Notice the bare bulb hanging from the ceiling. Lovely ambiance.
Now the redone room. A bright, cheery room in which to sew, craft or work at my desk.
It is so nice in this room now, Ashley is always hanging with me.
No more bare bulb. Instead, a ceiling fan.

I hope you saved the pink desk chair. You never know when you will break your knee and/or your foot and need a "wheelchair." Ok, going back to look at the rest of the pictures and enlarge them (I love that feature).
I see you recovered the desk chair. :) PLease adopt me so I can come and craft in this room too. That floor and the molding around the doors are beautiful, and the paint color is pretty. And, your helper is cute! I love that ironing board and your sewing machine table too. Congrats on winning the terrific prizes!
What I wouldn't give for a craft room like this. Beautiful old homes have their advantages..,Big rooms. I love your house.
