What was I saying?

I uploaded this graphic some time yesterday.  It was pertinent to what I had to say then.  I left my computer to do something else.  When I got back to my computer last night, I forgot what I had wanted to say in this post.

Forgetting what I was saying or doing is happening a lot lately.   Hubs said it is old age.  I have a sign in my studio that reads, "Age doesn't make us forgetful.  Having way too many thing to remember makes us forgetful. "   Personally, I think it is because I am in "mental"pause.

If you read this post, you might like to know that it has been seven weeks since I had a cigarette.  BIG news!  But even BIGGER news is that I have only gained two pounds!  It has not been as difficult as I had anticipated to stop smoking.  I think it has something to do with not remembering...

*Thanks to TZA's flickr account for the use of the graphic.

SEVEN WEEKS!!!! Way to go Bea!

Yeah, I think it's cause we have too much to remember that makes us forget! It's a Mommy thing.

A big congratulations to you. 7 weeks...this is a great accomplishment.
As for the forgetting part, I laughed very hard at your post. I really was going to write some witty and funny comment, but by the time this window opened, I forgot it.
have a great weekend!!!

What was I going to say?..., Oh yes. First I want to congratulate you on 7 weeks of not smoking. That's huge and you should be very proud of yourself.
Next..., I understand completely about the forgetfulness. It's happening more and more. It's scary how much..., but that cartoon of the brain doesn't need any additional comments. It says volumns about what we really all need and want in life.I guess it's why I live in the country with animals.

Looks to me like the photo may have had to do with left-right brain, but then again I haven't had a ciggie in five months!
