Finished for Friday - Apron

Lit and Laundry

This apron was started back in May. It was not a difficult pattern, but it seemed like things kept going wrong. And of course, sometimes life gets in the way...

This apron is a size small so it does not quite cover my ample waist.

The ties on this apron are really long. I should have altered them, but it was to the point I just wanted to get it off my WIP list.

What have you finished this week? Let us know at Lit and Laundry. Check out what others have accomplished this week.

It's so cute! I actually wear aprons around the house, but this one would barely fit around one of my legs! LOL! It's adorable, though.

I guess having my cataract surgery and getting new brakes and tires counts as finishing something, huh? What an adorable apron! I really need to re-learn how to use a sewing machine.

What you said about the small size apron and the "ample waist" was a joke, right? I do not see an ample waist in that photo.
The apron is really cute. I would like to make one soon. I will have to buy the EXTRA LARGE size, thank you very much.LOL.

An adorable apron! Were the flounces/ruffles difficult to make?
