...have been walking!
You might remember this post sixteen weeks ago. Since then, they have walked an average of twelve miles a week. That's almost two hundred miles! YAY me!
Bet you think I've been losing pounds as those shoes walk me around. Don't put too much money on that wager. My pounds seem to love me too much to go away. Darn it!

Oh Bea...you are so sweet and hospitable, the pounds want to hang out with you.
I heard before from a DR. that we need to exercise for our HEART and NOT our HIPS. Hard as it is...keep on moving my friend.

I am impressed! I see my Doc on Monday. I haven't gained weight since last year but I haven't lost much either. She is gonna wag a finger at me I'm sure.
